Chiller Van Installation

Chiller van & freezer van conversions Vehikool can offer are:

• Panel van conversion: Insulated van to 0°C ie chiller van specification. The fridge van conversion will have 50mm Styrofoam that is covered with ply then fibreglassed. With a 0°C chiller van specification, the refrigeration unit has an off-cycle defrost. This refrigeration unit is recommended for carrying dry goods. The insulated van can have any colour smooth/non slip floor.

• Panel van conversion: Insulated van to minus 5°C ie chiller van specification. The fridge van conversion will have 50mm Styrofoam that is covered with ply then fibreglassed. With a minus 5°C chiller van specification, the refrigeration unit has a hot gas defrost. This refrigerated unit is recommended for carrying wet goods. The insulated van can have any colour smooth/non slip floor.

• Panel van conversion: Insulated van to minus 18°C ie freezer van specification. The freezer van will have 75mm Styrofoam that is covered with ply then fibreglassed. The existing rear doors will be used and fitted with pods (if available) or padded out. This refrigerated unit is suitable for carrying chill or frozen goods. The insulated van can have any colour smooth/non slip floor.

• Panel van conversion: Insulated van split into compartments i.e. 0°C chiller front and minus 18°C freezer rear specification. A split chiller & freezer van with have 75mm Styrofoam that is covered with ply then fibreglassed. The existing rear doors will be used and fitted with pods (if available) or padded out. This refrigerated unit is suitable for carrying chilled and frozen goods. The insulated van can have any colour smooth/non slip floor.
