Some of our customers prefer to have an insulated van (current regulations permitting) and not to have the extra expense of a fridge unit. We find the option of an insulated van preferable to not having the van insulated at all as this can keep the product fresh on short drops and of course the insulated van is easy to clean.

Interiors are finished in a fibreglass resin smooth finish for easy cleaning. Floor finishes can be non-slip or smooth finish in the colour of your choice. Aluminium protection strips are fitted at floor level to all door entries. Recessed interior lamps are fitted as standard and quadrant is fitted to the floor sides to assist with easy cleaning. On Freezer vans, minus 18 degrees C specification, the existing rear doors are fitted with the addition of extra insulation and seals. For van specification, minus 25 degrees C, a slab door is recommended. A white melamine front is fitted to the cab area bulkhead. We will of course be pleased to carry out split compartment conversions or any other design to your own specification.
